 In today's market good opportunities come and go very quickly.  This is
especially true if you are considering foreclosures, or other properties
that require bids.  In most purchase offers of this type they require as
part of your offer that you include a copy of a "pre-approval"
for financing from a verified source.  They may not even consider your
offer without this pre-approval verification of financing.  However, this
"pre-approval" is equally important, even if you want to place an offer on
a property that isn't a foreclosure, or subject to "bids".  It verifies the
strength of your offer on the property, assuring the Seller that you aren't
wasting their time and causing them to take their property off of the
market potentially losing other sale opportunities.  
We can help you achieve this pre-approval by simply submitting some
basic information.  Your information will be directed to one of our
preferred lenders who will quickly analyze the information and contact
you to get your pre-approval completed.  This information will remain
strictly confidential.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE, OR FOR ANY
